I had received the booking confirmation via email, but it had not reached the taxi office itself (apparently) due to an issue with the 3rd party platform so the taxi did not turn up as booked at 6am. I called and one was dispatched but we did not set off until 6.30am. Given that my flight from LHR was at 7.40, this was cutting it very fine. 6am vs 6.30 on th M25 is very different, and I literally made my flight by the skin of my teeth, running through the airport and begging security staff to let me through the fast track lane. I will not be using this service again. "

My phone was out of service but when it came back on there was no message from the taxi company. They told me the taxi was there waiting for me. It was most definitely not. I have asked for the money back to no avail. This was my first time booking a taxi to pick me up from the airport. Not an experience I want again. I paid £90 to you in good faith. I can't afford to be that much out of pocket never mind having to pay another £50 for a taxi"

He cut off the M1 and went down A5 through Dunstable which I thought was a bit out of the way. The destination is not clear on sat nav so had to ask for local assistance but otherwise journey good. The driver for homeward bound journey had to receive directions to hall from me otherwise journey home was quick and pleasant."

The incompetence of the contracted out driver made us miss a special train journey that had been booked for several months. He had no idea where he was going even though he drove with a satnav on his knee (unsafe!!). He got lost on the M1 and at Brent Cross started going north back up the M1 instead of taking the Edgware Road to London. I also had to give him detailed directions from Bayswater to Victoria. Yes! you may publish these comments because I am a very angry and disappointed customer. Will you now please respond to my email of complaint."

"I waited at the airport for over an hour. I stood where I was told to and asked taxis that were waiting but none were for me. In the end I had to pay £50 for another taxi to take me to aylesbury. My phone was out of service but when it came back on there was no message from the taxi company. They told me the taxi was there waiting for me. It was most definitely not. I have asked for the money back to no avail. This was my first time booking a taxi to pick me up from the airport. Not an experience I want again. I paid £90 to you in good faith. I can't afford to be that much out of pocket never mind having to pay another £50 for a taxi"

The incompetence of the contracted out driver made us miss a special train journey that had been booked for several months. He had no idea where he was going even though he drove with a satnav on his knee (unsafe!!). He got lost on the M1 and at Brent Cross started going north back up the M1 instead of taking the Edgware Road to London. I also had to give him detailed directions from Bayswater to Victoria.
